Starbulls Rosenheim Set the Course for the Future

At the extraordinary general meeting, Starbulls Rosenheim made key decisions regarding the club's future direction.

The focal point of the meeting was the vote on spinning off the commercial playing operations into SBR Spielbetriebs GmbH & Co. KG. The eligible voting members present backed the move by a large majority: 150 votes in favour against just one vote against. This clears the way for the spin-off to be implemented.

A change to the board was also approved: Stefan Redl will take over the position previously held by Hans-Peter Schwarzfischer. Hans-Peter Schwarzfischer can no longer serve on the board due to his new role as managing director within the Starbulls organisational structure.

Alongside the key resolutions, the agenda included the financial report for the 2024/25 season, the auditors' report, and further updates on current and future developments at the club.

With these decisions, Starbulls Rosenheim have laid important structural foundations for the years ahead and the club's continued sporting development.
