Homegrown talent Louis Müller remains part of the DEL2 roster

The Starbulls Rosenheim are keeping homegrown talent Louis Müller within the club. The 19-year-old goaltender has been signed to a first-team contract for the upcoming season and will fill the third goaltender position.

Müller came up through the Starbulls' youth ranks and was already part of the professional team's roster last season. Alongside his first-team duties, he continued to gain valuable playing time and experience at the youth level, and will again be available for the U20 squad in the coming season.

By continuing this partnership, the Starbulls are reaffirming their commitment to developing their own youth talent. The goal remains to bring promising players from within the club along step by step into the professional ranks, giving them the opportunity to grow at the highest level.

"Louis is a homegrown player who has already been training regularly with the first team and our goaltending coach Mika Tarvainen for some time," says Starbulls head coach Jari Pasanen. "He's a talented goaltender with a lot of potential, and we want to develop him in the best way possible, step by step. We're especially pleased that, once again, a young Rosenheim player has worked his way into a position to establish himself in the first team."

For Louis Müller, too, this contract is a significant milestone: as a homegrown player, he gets the chance to continue his development in familiar surroundings while gaining valuable experience with the DEL2 team.

The Starbulls Rosenheim are delighted to have Louis Müller — a talent from their own youth setup — in the first-team ranks and wish him a successful 2026/27 season.
